Late Spring-Early Summer

The sun is shining bright as I head into the summer season. I’ve played in four events since the amazing and very fun Kathy Whitworth Invitational where I tied for 8th place. My first AJGA event of the year showed many promises for future events tying for 11th. I had a hard time finding my game in the next event leaving me disappointed heading to the U.S. Girls’ Jr Championship qualifier, but I kept my head high and posted a score of two under par, tying for 2nd. Unfortunately, I lost the playoff leaving me as the

first alternate. Came back home and played the next two days at the NFPGA Girls Jr Championship Qualifier, tying for 3rd. Although I missed qualifying in both events by one stroke, I’ve seen many improvements in my game and am excited to see it all come together this summer. Upcoming is the 45th Junior Girls North & South Championship and the 96th Women's Western Junior Championship. Stay tuned till next time.
